I'd give Dr. Pam and her staff TEN STARS if I could; heck, even 100. With our current dysfunctional healthcare system, Dr. Pam's practice is something most of us think no longer exists. I came to her after a full hysterectomy/oophorectomy and she was instrumental in getting my hormones back on track. But what I didn't realize at the time, is what a critical role she would be in bridging the gap between my HMO and the healthcare "pickles" I seem to periodically find myself in. Most recently, I had a scary thing going on with my lung, and rather than dealing with the red tape of trying to get in with my HMO, Dr. Pam got me in right away, got me scheduled for an X-ray and figured out what was going on...a "pleural effusion" in my lung. She got me on the right antibiotics, got me home with a nebulizer, and continued to treat me while I was still waiting to get lined up with a pulmonologist with my HMO. Dr. Pam's office has gotten me out of tight spots numerous times, and their response time is as good as it gets. The care, compassion and expertise of Dr. Pam and her office is beyond exceptional. They spend the time necessary to understand their patients and they truly, truly care about the wellbeing of every person who walks through their door. I simply can't say enough about Dr. Pam and her staff. Her practice is currently closed for new patients, but I still want to write this review to show my appreciation. Dr. Pam and her staff are exceptional on every level. Thank you!!!
